[@Ridlins] I set it up in a pretty neutral setting so that people only needed a reason to be in the castle to join, but your character is definitely an outlier. It's possible that we may have to wait until the group ventures outside the city before he meets up with them. If you would rather he join immediately, well... there's absolutely nothing but himself stopping him from just walking into Schwarzenburg. They don't exactly keep the place on lockdown and they don't chase out people that could potentially prove to be either paying customers or valuable assets.
