The pool thing actually makes a lot of sense, even  if it would be difficult to incorperate into a spacecraft design.

Swimming, actually [i]is[/i] a very demanding sport, so it likely really burns the fat and helps you gain that muscle. +10 for thinking about it to mr cuddle pot here!
