But also we train in speed of movement of the arms, for although the pen is mightier than the sword, when the sword is the pen, both become much more. Agility and reflexes are most prominent later, but do come in the form of a mutable obstacle course. Strength manifests in building up the various muscles, through traditional exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and so on. Endurance will take some hands-on experience to explain.
