That's alright with me. Like I said before the story starts with your death and then waking up in the room with everyone else.

As for you character; Takeda would have been working with the Criminal Investigation Bureau (it's the Japanese equivalent of the FBI), the NPA is an administrative body. Aside from that he's accepted. Go ahead and post your CS in the Characters Tab.
