Seriously, I'm really worried we're imagining different things here. Kanitah's hands and arms are crushed beneath Fury's chest and stomach at the moment, you'd have to free them and angle punches at his sides, which would be difficult anyway which is why most people don't try and strike an opponent when they're the ones on their backs. 

I only allowed the nearly impossible palm strike because I assumed Kanitah might have a moment to react with his hands before Fury threw his weight down and lay flat on top of him.

Fury isn't like arched over Kanitah and then bent down at the top to choke him, that would be both retarded and not at all what I posted.
