Previously the Arsuron used a clumsy base-2 system that lead to long strings of agglunative counting. The new method created by the mathematicists solves a problem by using fractions.

The new system is base-60, with 6 and 12 acting as subbases.

12 - änpëg - hand/"one-fifth"
15 - fïgär - "one-fourth"

Days are divided into 24 hours, with 30 days measured in each moon cycle, with 60 moon cycles per firog.
