No reason to get defensive about it. It's unusual that everyone (who has spent all their lives in the Vault) went straight into full survivalist "be with my friends, shoot everyone else" mode, but that's also how most characters in Fallout act.

While it's sad that we don't get any deep interactions between the people who still give a damn about the Vault and the people who despise the place they grew up in, it's nice to see your characters developing the way they are. You're all growing up into such lovely little jaded survivalists!
