For the sake of my sanity, although it isn't a map-location in the strict "downtown" sense, it has mostly all of the structures our characters are referring to in a neat and tidy package, plus other oddements like a brand-name designer clothing outlet (Xtreme clothing [sub]and shoes[/sub]) a dental office, a bank, a family-doctor's office, and a gas-station across the street.

Oh, and a multi-story building that has a window overlooking all of this.
