First of all, you must know something. This is a reality-based island survival RP. That means, you roleplay as yourself, not someone you wish you were.. Obviously, I don't know you personally, so I'll have to trust you to be honest.
The basic plot of this RP is that we're all on a Carnival cruise ship for various reasons. The ship plans on refueling and restocking provisions on the coast of eastern South America, but a major tropical storm blows it off course. In the midst of the storm, a rogue wave, nearly 150 feet high, flips the ship over, quickly sinking it. The lucky ones, (us) were on the deck when the ship flipped, which sent us flying into the turbulent ocean. The passengers and crewmen that were inside the ship unfortunately drowned. We were able to find our way to life boats that had automatically inflated when they hit the water, and the storm causes us to drift onto the shores of these islands:

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
This roleplay will have a 15 character cap for now, and later on, I may reopen it for character sheet submissions. Until February 20th, I'll only be accepting people that I've invited. After that, anyone may apply.
Character Sheet:
Real Name:
Real Gender:
Real Age:
Real Appearance: (While I obviously won't demand a picture of yourself, if you choose a written description, be detailed and honest.
Real Skills: (I can't stress enough, be honest)
Reason for being on the ship:
Real Bio: Optional
Rules:
1- Keep it classy. This means no excessive swearing, and any romance that's more graphic than PG-13 must be taken to PMs, or fade to black
2- I'm a pretty laid back guy, but if I ask you to do or not do something, I'd like you to listen. If you repeatedly ignore me, you will be kicked.
3- If I think you'll make a good Co-GM, I'll ask you to be one, and you can accept or decline. I don't, however, accept applications to be Co-GM
4- This RP will of course have some catastrophes, but it won't be nonstop action, a lot of it will be character development. While you must start off with your character having the same skill set and personality as you, over the course of the RP they may gain experience or new skills and new confidence.
5- Don't give out information such as your address, phone number, etc., etc.
6- I realize that my thoughts don't always make sense when I try to write them down, so if you're unclear about anything I say, please ask me for an explanation.
I believe that's everything...
