"What sort of knoledge?" Cassius kept his arms folded as he tilted his head. He thought perhaps something like magic? The secrets of machinery? Why was the White haired one wanting knoledge from him? Too many questions arisen. "Ya know, since you're not exactly frail, we could spar, hand to hand as our people do. I might be frail, but my will and determination is not, and maybe we can learn a thing or two about each other." Cassius placed his item pouch in Rohzar's hand, who seemed to smile. "Good call, your body needs the exercise." Spoke Rohzar. Bohdan didn't need to be told twice. "It seems I'm being granted a chance to better myself in both ways today, this is good." Bohdan walked out into the sand. He unstrapped his lance and thrust it into the ground to keep it in place. "I accept your challenge, we may begin whenever you are ready." Bohdan had known other ronso who had fought and killed ogre type monsters before. He was much less strong than one himself, but he learned the very basics of hand to hand through his second-hand studying of how the beasts fought, as ronso often did. He put up his fists just as he knew ogres to do. To the Side Rohzar played very unusual cheerful music from some sort of sphere. "Better give these tourist a show, as well as possibly her lady ship." Cassius gave a formal bow and put his right foot forward. He raised his arms up, hands open, simply just open palms. Every other day, he practiced the fundamentals of close quarter combat with Rohzar. He knew anatomy very well as well as his own weaknesses. He smiled a bit eagerly; mostly because he never had anyone to spar with who didn't already know his style. "Begin!" He said as he stood in the village Plaza. Bodhan examined his opponent. He saw an actual competent stance, and that he was fighting with open palms, something he was fairly certain only specific style called for. He was sure that fighting defensively was his best choice, but how would he get his opponent to make the first move? He recalled one more thing that he had heard ogres did, some kind of technique in which they would focus their energy in preparation for a heavily damaging counterattack. He didn't know it, but he knew it was called psyching up, and he knew what it looked like. Maybe he could throw Cassius off his guard. Bodhan tensed his muscles up like he'd seen ronso who actually knew the technique do, and made the same 'bring it on' gesture with his hand. Cassius simply chuckled; for he was a patient person with high speed, though he had a good burst of stamina, it would not last if he ran in head first. He simply watched as he raised a brow, and he placed a hand on his hip and the other on his chin, smirking a bit as he placed a toe into the ground, twisting a bit. "Come here kitty kitty~" He teased a bit as a way of trying to provoke. Unlike himself, the Ronso was muscular all over, Cassius only had muscular legs. The only way he sees himself striking is if he can drive the Ronso's patience. Well this plan was going fast. Cassius wanted Bohdan to strike first? Very well then. Bohdan was no fool, but he was a ronso, and he wasn't about to look like a coward. He positioned himself so that he was sideways in relation to Cassius, bent his front arm so that it was protecting his head and neck, and moved in. He used his back arm to throw the best right hook he could given those circumstances. Cassius rolled his body around his hand before gripping the wrist, rather than move against to force, he moved with it in hopes of tripping the Ronso; the strategy of using his own force to hurt him. Bohdan did fall down with a thud. That hurt a bit, but he was far from finished. If Cassius was going to go the grappling route, he could too. He used one hand to block his face, grabbed Cassius' leg with the other and attempted to stand up. Cassius somewhat fell back; he raised his leg in an attempt to kick his chest, his feet were rather large seeing as they could fit a size fourteen. Bohdan got some of the wind knocked out of him but he wasn't quite done yet. He attempted to punch Cassius in the stomach this time now that they were fairly close together and he still had somewhat of grip on him. Cassius gasped upon being hit; the wind, though knocked out of him, kicked for the Ronso' neck. He was trying to break his hold so he could get back to his feet. That was the ticket. Bohdan recoiled back from the hit, as a decent shot to the neck isn't a joke. He did his best to adopt a decent defensive stance in preparation for whatever should come next. Cassius quickly stood up before resting his hands close but spread just a bit from his sides; if he came straight at him, he'd try to counter by grappling his wrist, or pivoting to the side. "You're not bad." Cassius complemented. Thank you." Bohdan said. He decided it was time to go all or nothing. He adopted a wide stance to make it look like he was going to move in again, not wanting to give himself away. He leaped high into the air, lunging at Cassius. With that, Cassius took a more narrow stance, focused onto the adversary. He waited until the last second before he did a somersault kick; all his weight was thrown into this blow. Bohdan was sent far back, the wind knocked out of as he spat just a bit. As Cassius got up, he reached for his Atelier and placed in a green gem before pulling the trigger, there was a mist that came out of the end; an aura really as Bohdan's wounds healed as well as Cassius. "That was most impressive." Rohzar walked over with a smile. "You two earned a nice meal if you'll allow." Cassius smiled a bit. "I'm sure he will."
