How long of days do you work? I work from Monday to Friday, sometimes I get Mondays off and sometimes I get Fridays off, and sometimes both. But we usually work till like 8 to 12 hours.

It depends, sometimes five hours, sometimes twenty. I own my own at home bakery for artistic confections and teach decorating classes on the side. Summers are slower so I tend to finish quickly but holiday season I have been known to be in the kitchen or in my decorating room for days at time, with a quick nap here and there.

It can be, funny that I went to university to be a statistician, now I'm an artisan. Life is funny like that, it's hard work but I wouldn't trade it. Rp helps me fill in the down time when I am waiting for something to bake or set. Hehe.

I'm just finally on a normal sleep schedule for here, normally I wouldn't be up for another 2 or 3 hours.
