Your char looks good to me in general however I'm stuck a bit on the hacking part, given that he is a merc and served in the military why would he be hacking? I get the medical field training as part of the course, but I don't see how he could be serving in the military as well as sitting at a desk hacking. Maybe I'm reading into things wrong because my eyeballs are fuzzy today. You say he saw very little action when he was drafted at 19, and now your char is 24 and is essentially the "muscle" of the crew but he seems to have more professional experience with hacking than military service, given that he's also very young I think its unlikely he'd have significant experience in both but he could have significant experience in one. I'm just trying to figure out if your character is a hacker or a merc because it seems like he has more experience in the hacking yet you say he is a merc. 

Could you makehim specialise in hacking, or remove the hacking part and focus on his military record or perhaps increase his age so he'd have time to skill-up his hacking and/or military rank. If he's going to be the muscle of the crew, he needs to have either the training experience or a significant background/history to hold it up.
