Jacque's brow quirked as he watched the people ahead of him pull out umbrellas of all things. The bounty hunter looked up at the sky, and, upon seeing no signs of rain, found himself utterly baffled by the action. The sky was clear, and the forest provided more than enough shade in the form of the countless leaves and branches that intertwined in the canopy. He allowed himself to entertain his feelings of bewilderment for a little bit before he eventually decided that dwelling on the matter would just be a waste of valuable time. Jacque didn't particularly care whether or not his bounty died, after all, the amount of money he received would still be the same so long as the thief's identity could be verified. What he did care about was the fact that he'd be lugging a corpse around if the thief did indeed slip away on his watch, and that wasn't exactly something he enjoyed having to do, if not because of the onset of rigor mortis, than for the simple fact that the body tended to void itself shortly after death. "Jesus people, speed it along already, i've got places to go." Jacque muttered somewhat balefully as he continued to creep behind the duo at a snail's pace.
