[@Sovi3t] you could own one but ships are searched and taxed on Coruscant. It would be expensive to and keep, however you could be an expert pilot, maybe even later steal a TIE to use on the planet. I'm not saying that you can't have the ship it wouldn't be very useful unless you plan hide it or use it when the Rebels come to take the planet.
