Since this is a bank it's likely they'll have been no expense spent on safety features, but they would be over-insured to the hilt. In other words, no railings.

If you happen to fall of the roof and feel like suing the bank for health and safety they'll actually make a profit out of you though. :hehe

Things like throwing objects and other improvised attacks are covered by how high your Attack rating is, although if you do try something creative I'm likely to have additional status effects applied depending on the outcome.
