It has 50 floors (thirty or so above ground, 20 under ground), 
is right by the sea and in a forest, 
is made of pearl, marble, sapphire and stone,
it improves magical abilities or, more specifically, it improved far-sight through Mysticism.
hallways tend to change and shift around when you aren't looking,
has a library on every species, every school of magic, every nation and a general library, 
and is awesome.
