Personality: While not a fan of war per say, she understands that at times, it has to be a necessity and is verymuch on the boat of using force and violence when she needs to. Heck, she even tried to find the competition and honor in the fighting when she tries to. Otherwise, she generally tries to be cheery and happy when she can be, trying to be sensible in even the most stressful and panicking of situations. Vanessa isn't perfect, she can get lost and even 'shut down' if you would when she gets over loaded. The awakening of her newtype abilities has led her to try and down play them to keep herself off the radar of those who would try to harm her over them, her company going so far as to covering the fact she has them, getting them stricken from official records.

History:
With her mother dieing in child birth, Vanessa grew up with her father, a lead Research and Development Engineer for Anaheim electronics. He worked on the earliest of their mobile suit programs and helped with many designs that came out of them after the acquisition of the MS companies following the one year war. The loving father he was, and her being his only heir to their family lineage, he trained her in his knowledge of design and mechanics as soon as she was capable of understanding it. 

Being raised at such a level by her father, she was considered his apprentice and he kept her by his side at most times. Deprived of what many would consider a "normal childhood", she was ok with it and didn't really have much regret in the way of missing out on things, convinced that all she really needed were her father and his colleagues. 

Starting to pilot work machines at an age of ten and suits by thirteen, the Anaheim Electronics gave her a status of test pilot under her father, helping him test suits. It was during this time, she awakened her abilities as a newtype. With her father quickly realizing what had happened, worked it out with the company to keep her official status as a normal human. In return for this, she was officially made a test pilot and used as a newtype equipment tested for them. She didn't have an issue as she wasn't actually killing others or warfare, but more of a test bed. 

A transfer to La Vie En Rose for her father, the girl tagging along ensured that they'd be a part of more top of the line projects of the company. One of these being the captured MS Gundam Gullinbursti's reverse engineering and rebuild into a Gundam Type. She was the main test pilot for the Prototype's construction upon discovery of the Shaman frame. It was a test bed for the final rebuilds of the captured units. It was built from the ground up to test choices for the rebuilding of the suit and some features they were looking to put into other suits. 

Other Character Notes:
Has a Blue Mass Produced Haro she's modified to have a bit more intelligence and use. Is usually her friend and one she talks to for most of her issues, given that she's a shut in for the most part. Among its new capabilities, it's capable of helping her modify blueprints and is capable of interfacing with computers. It is also much more capable in managing than the mass produced type.

Took regular classes in sword fighting with an instructor. This was due to an agreement she was forced to have with her father since the girl refused to socialize outside of her Haro.

Beam Rifle
A specialized high-power beam rifle designed for the MSW-004 Gundam, it is the most powerful beam-type weapon of the suit. Four E-pack cartridges are stored on either side of the Kestrel's waist.
Beam Emitter
Mount on forearms, knees and shoulders of Kestrel are beam emitters capable of generating large beam blades.
Hybrid Solid Buckler and Energy Shield
A hybrid of a solid shield with heavy anti beam coating and an energy shield that comes out from the edges and center of the solid shield. It serves as a buckler when deactivated, giving her the ability to parry melee weaponry of most kinds. (both physical and beam) When Deployed, it is capable of protecting a large swath of the gundam's body if hid behind. It carries three space beam sabers in addition to the ones on the hips of the gundam itself.
