The Agency is too busy fighting against The Agency to devote resources towards Geppetto. Nobody gives a shit about Geppetto. Geppetto is a non-issue. If anyone is of concern to The Agency it's the Literals, who can't be effectively fought against by anyone other than maybe Jack anyways. Second, no, the way I am describing it is to explain that this would be a non-issue. You can't effectively wipe out such a basic idea in the public consciousness. Sure, you can wipe out individual stories, like the Men in Black, the Illuminati, the Freemasons, Area 51. That's doable. Wiping out something as basic as The Agency, however, isn't feasible without wiping out the very concept of organized government and plunging the world into anarchy. His monthly salary is less than the average middle-manager makes. Mr. Black has two other agents, Mr. Black and Mr. Black, that he can call in. He also owns a nice car. That's... pretty much it. Compared to, you know, "Being Bigby" and all the incredibly powergamey stuff that entails I'm not seeing how it's that big of a deal.
