The RP is a simple set up, in this universe, world-102, the Marvel and DC universes are one. Boston is now Metropolis, Chicago is Gotham, St. Louis is Central City, and Los Angeles is now Star City. Superheroes are now becoming a real thing instead of a fictional concept through advances in technology, genetics, and other fields. However as with all good things, this also means a raise in super villains. The idea as of right now is that SHIELD creates the Justice League. Of course when I say right now I'm more than welcome to other ideas. Since one idea also tossed around in a previous interest check was some of the young heroes forming a band in their out of heroics time.

As of right now characters can be discussed since I'm only allowing actual characters from Marvel and DC but no original characters. They're all going to be 16-24 years old but otherwise I'm allowing for plenty of room to modify the character so long as they retain their original essence in some way.

Well since I'm going to bed and I don't want anyone making any ideas that'll clash with I'm thinking character wise. I'm considering Peter Parker (And no not Spider-Man) and maybe Gwen Stacy, but I'm debating the second character.

Cool. I just have to decide between Richard Rider/Nova, and Johnathon Blaze/Ghost Rider.

I legit can't figure out which one I want, so can you just reserve them both for me, until I make up my mind? I'll probably be going with Johnathon Blaze.

Hmm depends on what you mean... Like the suggestion I gave you yesterday of making scarecrow a robin works, but straight up making American Bat Steve Wayne wouldn't.

Hmm. I might make Captain America but modern edition. Yah that works. I'm in.

Alright. I think I'm going to go with the Robin-Scarecrow idea. But it's mainly just to give him some cool gadgets- I'm not sure how it will factor into him, or his backstory. I have a few ideas, But nothing is solid.

Yeah I think it'll all mesh well. Hell he could still be Scarecrow in name since it totally works with Batman. Batman and Scarecrow... very intimidating names.

As for me I'm going to see if anyone takes Spider-Gwen since my Peter idea kind of depends on it. If not I had an idea for a young Tony Stark, as in 16 years old, and I was considering Shazam too. But nothing set in stone yet.

I believe Johnny Blaze is going to stay mostly true to his character;; That being a Hell-Fire coated Ghost Rider with a low-rider. His history'll be pretty similar, too. I guess the age would be one of the differences, seeing as he'll be 24 in this RP.

Which reminds me. Not many female characters. Scarecrow might be Stephanie Brown, but I think I'd need to change who her criminal father was.

This superhero squad doesn't have a name yet, does it? What names could we appropriate? I'm thinking either Young Avengers, or Young Justice. Not all members are teenage, so Teen Titans is out, (unless we just use the "Titans" name). Any other name suggestions?

Also, Avanhelsing, maybe? Not totally convinced that would work, considering that I'm pretty sure the Batman would, A. At may 24 be to young in his career to need a sidekick. And, B. This seems to be a team of mostly equals. Having a duo, inside a team? Personally, I'm not a big fan. But, hey, sell me on it, and I might just change my mind!

DOUBLE EDIT: Here's an idea. Batman, already part of the team, refers Scarecrow to them after she helps him take down Cluemaster.

Also I'm just making them the Justice League. Like I said in the opening post the idea is superheroes haven't really come before these heroes. Though to help with this Scarecrow idea Batman could certainly have existed as his just a dude who has tech and immense training.
