I can see the concept, and I do love the combo. I know I am at fault for this, but the Parzonian empire isn't generally that grim with it's own kind, but different planets raise their young differently, and are usually allowed to operate like so if that planet and it's citizens are loyal to the Empire. Just wanted to note that, but yes you are green-lit.
