No problem. Sorry if it wasn't clear, it's my bad, probably should have been more specific but the idea was to give you a bit of freedom early on. You can literally be anywhere doing anything and I will work into the story. The next events make it very easy to bring people together

All you need to know is it's 9am on the morning of a normal day at work so what is Billy's normal work routine. Literally he can be up to anything. When I begin to lead the rp you will have far more specific instructions but for now I really just want you to paint me a word picture.

Maybe 9am isn't a big deal to Billy, perhaps he is leading a training group and being a military man he starts training early so has already been there for hours. Perhaps he is writing a letter to people back home. Perhaps he is just working out, keep himself in shape before a day of standing around or filling out forms. Genuinely it's up to you, this is just a post to set the scene.
