[@Mr Allen J]I'm interested in joining this RP(and have a lot of character ideas buzzing in my head for it), but I have a few questions:

What are the divisions of NEST and what do they do?

Can I have a character that is just a conciousness, and thus is basically immortal?

By paranormal, does that include Ghosts, spirits, and other beings of that persuasion?

And finally, just out of curiosity, why don't you like characters with tragic backstories?
