How NEST works is relatively simple - they don't really work like an army, and more of a really damn good government agency. The primary division would have to be the basic rank & file that make up most of the NEST faction (For example, Michelle is one of these). They do activities like monitor metahumans, and general social work, and if the situation calls for it, then if the situation calls for it, they'll go after and hunt down Metahumans. Then I'd say there's the investigative and intelligence teams, who investigate crimes pertaining/related to Metahumans (Such as if a Metahuman gets killed, or if they suspect a Metahuman might have committed a crime). They also manage and gather information for NEST. There's also Maxxyboy's KINGFISHERS, who are basically an elite squad of NEST Agents, credited for taking down a Metahuman gang war in another city.

I know it may sound simple, but yeah, it is.

Hmmmm... This sets off some red flags, but it depends on what he's capable of. But, I will not accept a character that is completely immortal, there has to be a way to kill them. Let's take my character Jen for example. Her regenerative factor (and secondary abilities) basically mean that she can bounce back from any wound that isn't to her head, and ages at a much lesser rate. Yet, she can still be easily dispatched by a shot to the head.

I assume you're referring to the "slight paranormal themes" I mentioned on the OP. That'd be something a bit more subtle than outright spooky ghosts, and shit. You'll see.

Because 1). They always end up being annoying cock mongers, or used as a cheap way to try to make them "distinct". 2). Most of the time, it either ends up being irrelevant to their character (When it really should), or ends up being their sole personality. 3). "FEEEEEL SORRY FOR MY CHARACTER, SENPAI"
