Would there be any sort of demonic powers that manifest? I'm talking enhanced strength and speed right up to telekinesis, teleportation, invisibility, phasing, etc... Anything you would associate with other-worldly beings. Probably weak at first and then stronger as more of the demon comes out and they learn to deal with the results... Or maybe it was there the entire time >.> dun dun dun.
