Yeah i'd agree. I'd say you summed up machine speak sounding like dial up to everyone else pretty well. There could be an implant for the brain that processes that information into understandable data for an organic though. I don't think the common ever day average joe will have one of those so don't worry.  Cyber-cults would probably have implants like that though.
