Form of Government:Socialist Monarchy

Describe the System: While the standing king or queen has the ultimate say so in the kingdoms affairs, most task fall to a group of four chosen nobles of rank to manage the affairs of the king. Essentially the monarchs right hand as it were, but all decisions can be revoked or enacts the by the king of queen if they deem it worthy of doing so. The group of nobles are chosen by their own peers on who would be manage the affairs of the kingdom, but their seats are not permanent. Nobles are chosen every five years or if one figure proves inadequate to the task they're replaced promptly. Monarchical leadership is handed down by age not by gender, giving right to the first born child.
