So here's a rough map to scale of the area. As you can see there's a main road leading down to the lake. On the road is the village which has 3 other main streets aside from the long rout going through part of it. There's obviously more roads within the village but those are the main 4.

1: the potion maker's shack.
2: The hero club
3: current location of most the party.

From point 3 to point 1 is roughly 1 mile.
