Actually, that's precisely my experience with Naruto RPs. I remember one person in the last one I joined told me they didn't want to make a character in a village because said village didn't interest them. And of course there's the old cliche of everyone having a hard on for good ol' Konoha....

But I digress. If you feel Kiri suits your character best, that makes sense to me. Just a little hard for me to guess that from a CS that has neither a personality or a history yet.
