Reynar crossed his arms as the tapping of his foot grew steadily. The man's shift from almost impervious confidence to uneasy caused him to grow uneasy himself. The sheer novelty of the world he'd been thrust into would have cracked most people wide open; Reynar's stubbornness acted as his only boon. However, when the man that just sheered a giant monster in half with ease is put on edge, that boon does little for a man. Confusion crossed Rey's face as the stranger thrust the bag of bizarre white powder into his hands. After a moment of hesitation, he followed suit, throwing the white powder over his head. He might have felt ridiculous, if their lives weren't apparently been under threat. "Um..." Reynar responded, "Like demons demons; heaven and hell and all that good stuff 'demons'?" There could not have been another point in his life that Reynar felt more lost. "I can't say I have."
