Personality: Bright and bubbly, Yuri is never one to take a back seat and is usually up for anything though she does have a bit of a mischievous streak. Though sometimes a little blunt and insensitive, she is one of the most honest, loyal and trustworthy people you will ever meet. She can often be a little loud and over the top, but never means any harm by it. She tries not to let her condition affect her, however sometimes she can get a little irritable when she feels limited by it.

Background: Born to a fairly stereotypical Japanese family, Yuri was born very premature, and suffers a heart deformity as a result. This deformity has led to her Cardiac Arrythmia,which basically means her heart i unable to pump blood correctly and can lead to light-headiness, dizziness and passing out in extreme occasions. However since it something she'd had from birth, it's been very easy for her to live with it and, in a way, she's glad to have been born with it rather than developing it later in life. She transferred to Katawa Shoujo recently because her parents though it would be better able to meet her needs. Whilst a little disappointed at having to leave her old school and friends, Yuri and is looking forward to spending her first year in a school like this and seeing what it has to offer.

Other Info: Whilst her parents want her to focus more on her studies and grades, as much as she can, Yuri tries to lead an active lifestyle. At her old school she was part of the Lacrosse team, and whilst she may not have been the best player on the team she was hardly the worst and at least always tried the hardest and had the most fun. She was also a member of her old school's musical program. Despite her parent's lack of enthusiasm at her interests and hobbies they have never forbade her from pursuing them and she has never let their opinions sway her away from doing the things she loves.[/hider]
