Personality:
Michelle is a polite young lass to both allies and foes alike. She loves a fair fight from time to time. A helpful one, she will help the denizens of this world go about their daily lives, from chasing knights away from her dragon allies, to homework, to fighting off rampaging mutant experiments.
While she does see time and space as a fun thing to hold, she understands that if she goes too far and allows this power to fully corrupt her, disaster could occur. She limits her interference by simply living as a regular denizen of the various times, as opposed to exposing her identity as a temporal mage.
History:
Michelle was born in an alternate reality to this world. Apparently, she was some sort of Princess, or royalty. No one really knows.
Her reality was said to be destroyed by an unknown force when she was only 12. However, she was given a chance to play god and be reborn into a new world. The downside - she didn't have a fixed timestream. She was living in many timelines. This, along with her immortality, drove her insane, but over the many eons, she learned how to control her very sanity in such a situation. She learned how to adapt to her new life. She learned how to play god.
And so began her life. Her regular, free life.
Magical Capabilities:
Her primary magic branch is 'Void'. This is, in fact, a magic branch that only few can learn, and even fewer can master. At its peak, one can manipulate the very fabric of time and space, which is technically what Michelle is doing to her house without reaching said peak.
These can range from simple distortion bullets, teleportation, void explosions and age alteration. She has many other ways of using her abilities.
She has dimensional summoning capabilities, able to summon beasts, trains and such to smash into an opponent.
While her potential is internal, she cannot channel her abilities without her wand for the time being.
Depending on the time she is in, she can summon three Norns - Urd of the Past, Belldandy of the Present and Skuld of the Future, to aid her.
Skills:
She has skill in melee weaponry, so she isn't completely useless without her wand.
She is very swift, even without the help of her wand.
She is learnt is self-defense without weaponry, but not in an offensive way.
She knows basic herbs to heal minor and major injuries and poisons alike, much like a witch doctor.
She has knowledge in weaponry, much like a weapons expert.
She has great skill in riding and piloting a wide variety of steeds and vehicles, from bikes to dragons.
She can swim.
It is near impossible to drive her to insanity, mainly because she's still sane despite having no timeline to call home.

Her wand takes various forms in order to adapt to the era and place she is in. Appearances range from phones to samurai swords and even hairclips. The picture depicts its form in Oaksworth. The wand's mage staff form is called "Shepherd Staff"
