 Avery Siler sighed as the guards took him out of the van that brought him to this place, that injected him with powers that he only could hear what they did. He hadn't been able to use them yet, as he hadn't met anyone with powers. This disappointed him, as it meant he wouldn't be able to test with them yet. He had to put up with that for now, until he met another inmate. They dragged him along to the entrance and shoved him through, not putting much more time than they had to. Vlad was nowhere to be seen, and he had no idea what to do, so he just began walking. It would be nice to see what the building had to offer. You couldn't tell by looking at him, but his mind was rushing and vivid. Many emotions within him conflicted, he was sad, nervous, curious, anxious, etc, so he didn't know how to feel. For now he decided to be neutral.

 After wandering for a little while, he came across a boy looking a few years older than him, with red hair, which excited him, the first chance to use his powers. He knew instinctively how, so he stuck up his hand towards the boy and while concentrating, his eyes glowed green, and an essence of the boys powers flew from him to his hand. He hadn't stolen the blood control, just copied it. He liked his power. The only thing the boy would've felt is a slight tingling, but either way he walked up to him as he studied an evacuation map. [color=Lime]"Hi."[/color] He didn't feel like talking a whole lot, but he had to greet him.
