Maximum Lift: ~2,500 lbs
Max Running Speed: 52 mph over 6.3 seconds
Plasma weaponry can overheat and cause internal circuitry damage if used excessively.
Plasma Repeater fires up to 720 rounds per minute, but is generally only fired at 600.
Plasma Cannon fires up to 30 rounds per second, but is generally only fired at 15.
Delta cannot project a forcefield and use his plasma weaponry at the same time.
Weaknesses:
Delta's systems are sensitive to frequencies. High frequencies can inhibit basic functions and cause migraines, while low frequencies can disrupt his forcefield projections.
Water is not a problem, but sand is. Sand can cause movements to become delayed and groggy, even so far as to restrict movement. Not to mention that sand is hard to clean out.
Delta is also vulnerable to magnets, go figure.
