Heres what I know (because I jumped halfway in):

Max and Jack talked alot then the chick with 6 arms came in  and over heard a pun about arms that blizz made and got overly offended because she thought it was about it her. She then threaten Jack which left mad because Max didn't want anyone hurting my friends so Max attacked the 6 armed lady. Then Max came to a realization of what he had done and left because he had hurt another person with his powers. Mean while some chick froze the floor of the gym because everyone was causing a ruckus the ice  cause everyone to stick to the floor. Max came back to apologize to the 6 armed lady but slipped and started sliding on his butt and sliding on ice.
