Lol hey there, of course you can join in. 

1. As of yet, I believe that Arista has abandoned us and you may have the position of the Cliffclan leader or deputy if you would like. There is no deputy yet for Lightclan either though both are taken in Ashclan. Would you like either of what I mentioned?

2. Rogue cats aren't terribly common - Lightclan tends to kill them or if they want, Cliffclan will take them in. But they do happen, so I would allowed three or four tops right now with the amount of cats we have.

3. Lol. Yes, Starclan is the same here, and if you like there can be some canon cats in it - just the dead ones - as if they travel across the skies to watch these clan as well in the far off lands.
