Is this going to actually maintain neutrality and support peace, or just support Tin and their makeshift alliance by being biased and demonizing Yllendthyr? The Sultanate's regime would likely be more than a bit angry if it's the former. Similar to KalMea, they have a pretty black and white ideology when it comes to who is an enemy and who is a friend.
