I can't shake this feeling that someone asked me about Chibi-shifting a few days ago and I never got to answering. Was that here or somewhere else? 

Also, I just remembered that Song's having a spot of trouble with internet connections, so I'm a little sure how to proceed for the time being. Should I just wait?
