I was wondering if anyone was interested in Batman, anymore as Batman is returning and slowly making his way towards the crown of Gotham's SAVIOR. Anyone in?

So is it like in Arkham Knight/The Dark Knight Rises where the city sorta becomes a safe place until a catastrophe or something forces Batman out of retirement, or is it like some kind of "Avatar The Last Airbender" scenario where Batman had vanished and things went to hell, but now he's reappeared?
