Costume: Much like his mothers costume which he inherited but redesigned, the costume doesn't have the claw anymore and the mask is white and looks like a skulls, the robes and the rest of the costume has been changed to the colour black.
Backstory: Jeffery was young when his mother was killed and he never knew his father he knew Mr. Bruce Wayne though who showed him kindness and understanding until the ministry came and took him away to an orphanage where he started seeing the ghosts and became an outcast amount other children he became more twisted as he got older and came to hate Mr.Wayne because Bruce never came to take him from the orphanage he knew that Bruce Wayne had once loved his mother and she died because of him and he heard her spirt once tell him that he was Bat Man, Jeffery ran away living on the streets often hiding in back alleys and he often stole from people and even killed a few people for their possessions he became more and more skilled in killing and became more of a thief he lived like this ever since he even worked along side one villain in specific who Jeffery looked up to Deathstroke who took Jeffery in.

Jeffery had one thing that his mother had given to him as a child a costume she had a label on the box it said Phantasm and he knew his mother had once taken up these robes but he never thought to ever use them until the day he became twisted and he got the costume reworked so when he usually wore it he fit in with the dark.

He one day decided that he would spread his name through Gotham, he killed the Mayor's daughter as they walked past an alley that was next to a theatre that she and her husband and her mother had gone to and he almost got away until the police got him.

Backstory: Rayne was first trained by the infamous Harley Quinn then by Navy Seals a few years after. She stands as a neutral in the war between good and evil. Being a Seal trained assassin, she is quite dangerous, even to be walking around the streets like she often does. Mainly, she stays to herself, unless called upon by those in need, however there's a price to pay for her hand in combat.

Voice Manipulation – Jack is able to completely change his voice, making it that of whomever he chooses. However he has to have heard the voice somewhat before he can mimic it. He is also able to throw his voice, meaning he can be speaking however the voice may seem to originate from any point Jack can see, rather than his mouth.
Visual Distortion – Jack is able to change his entire appearance with an illusion. This means he can take the form of anybody he chooses to. However this power cannot be used indefinitely and requires a fair amount of concentration and so something painful normally breaks the illusion.
Phantom Throwing – Jack’s final power is that he can create phantom illusions. The illusions are life sized and can be of anybody he chooses, twinned with his voice manipulation Jack can create and control illusions of people. A simple phantom requires very little focus however if Jack then gives it a voice and controls it from afar, it can be very difficult and cannot be kept up for a long time.

Silver Tongued – Jack has learned from his early years that if he spoke long enough, he could get what he wanted. From talking his way into a movie theatre to talking his way out of a police car, Jack always knows what to say and his ego knows this too.

Backstory:
Jack would like to tell you that he grew up in a broken home that ‘shaped him’ and made him ‘hate the world’ but that isn’t true. Jack was born into a fairly middle class family in England, where he had a very good education and never went wanting for anything. When he as in university he found that he had a knack for impersonations and earned some extra cash doing a short gig at a local comedy club. Soon after that Jack started getting into trouble with the law in regards to weed and other infractions he committed as a rebellious teen. However he seemed to be able to talk his way out of the police cars then as well. Finally when his parents found out about the drugs and fights he had gotten into they had had an argument. They expected him to complete his law degree and go to law school however Jack enjoyed his freedom and they fought. During the fight he left and went to his room without releasing it he had left an illusion of himself standing and taking the abuse his parents were hurling. This discovery led too Jack leaving for America with his friends on a gap year, during this time he didn’t take the return flight and stayed illegally in America. In the U.S he begun taking jobs to frame people, going to illegal brothels and drug dens as certain people, so that when he was discovered there, the actual personality would be framed. Many a politicians’ career fell to this trick.
Soon the money wasn’t good enough for jack and he started working on bigger and better crimes to pay for his rich lifestyle. A man who could take the appearance of any guard or owner was invaluable to any bank heist and Jack was content for a time. It was during a heist that jack killed his first man, a friend of the woman he was impersonating noticed Jack not playing the part right and was fussing over Jack, Jack lost his cool and the illusion broke, as did the one that was covering his heist mate. Jack shot the friend then and there without thinking. He stopped heisting after that for a long time. It broke his personality and he locked himself away. It was locked away that he became Hypnos, going from gang work to solo he began a spree of heists and killings. He murdered dignitaries and stole from banks and museums alike. By the time that he was stopped he had amassed a fortune that he kept all locked up in one large penthouse suite. During a his spree he made an enemy of the Penguin by stealing a lot of money from him. In the end the Penguin tricked Jack into a trap and had him arrested and thrown into different prisons. With his ability Jack escaped numerous times and every time was hauled back by the Batman. Finally when Purgatory was constructed they found a prison Jack couldn't escape from, so far.

Appearance: Roughly 6 feet tall, with dark green hair and pure white skin, his eyes almost glow a green color with golden veins running through them, giving him a very intimidating stare. His face has multiple scars around his hairline and jaw, as though his face has been once removed and successfully replaced, with the eyes and mouth showing slight muscle tendon at the edges. His smile is rather wide and menacing, accented by their blood red color that extends well past his lips, as though there were permanent, jagged clown makeup. His body is toned rather well, although he is thin and looks weaker than he really is.

Costume: a purple/black trench coat stylized like a suit coat, with a dark green vest and bright white dress shirt underneath, dress slacks of the same color, and some rather spiffy dress shoes, complete with white spats.

Backstory: James was a rather normal, almost boring man. He had a fiancé, heavy with child, a normal family and a dead end job. If he had continued on that path, he surely could have led a happy life.

One that gave him a real reason to smile.

In a sense, the Joker proved his point once more with James, as he planned to create a new 'him'. All it took was one bad day. Within a few hours, James lost his family, his job, his house, and worse, he watched his pregnant wife to be crushed in her car with his own eyes. Broken, and on the verge of a sanity lapse, he was 'found' by the clown prince of crime and turned into something new.

After years of training, James turned down the vat of chemicals, not wishing to take the final step into becoming the Joker. Instead, behind his back, James modified the tank and created his own Harley, dumping a woman into the chemicals and training her to be his sidekick. The two quickly fell for each other, and they were careful around the Joker as days went past.

After a time, however, the Joker grew bored and rather insulted by this creation of his, who seemed to almost be able to become better than even him, after James made his changes to the chemicals. Thus the clown did what anyone would do.

He called a meeting with the two and blew her brains out.

This broke James for the final time. He leapt at the Joker, surprising even him, and savagely beat him to near death, refusing the killing blow the Joker desired so badly.

Within the next few months, James began working on the chemicals that created his love, and slowly descended further into his madness, becoming a notorious serial killer in Gotham. He had cut off his face in a fit of madness, then bolted it back on, and had done so to his victims.

When the vat was prepared, he stripped himself and leaped in, allowing the automated system to drain it and reveal his new form to the world. Every bit as dangerous as the Joker, but with even greater potential.

His face changed, yet reattached, his resolve to change the world was reborn.

The Jester suited up with a sadistic smile.

Armed with his new abilities, his re-fractured mind, and his newest sidekick, a Scarecrow-like minion named Laughing Gas, he hoped to remodel this new prison to make his own Arkham experience.

Wears a open hooded jacket with red trim, jeans, biker boots and fingerless biker gloves. When he is on venom though. He becomes the massive mass of muscle and becomes destructive.
