You have 3/4 active player's replies. Thats pretty good and if you would like more activity you could always prod people by pm or, if necessary, Launch a second interest check. The second interest check worked pretty well for this one I think (or the fact I also advertised it on the facebook page and in the general interest checks simultaneously). If it helps I am very much enjoying your roleplay.
