Chinese Surname perhaps, and I have it too and I'm not Chinese. Besides geographically, Russia is right above China. Wouldn't be too far fetched that someone from the northern provinces might pick up some Russian. If Donny actually came from China that is, which in me current head cannon, no he doesn't. But he does come from somewhere were Russian is spoken, just enough for him to pepper a few phrases here and there.
