Oh hey, I... Don't know if this is full already or not, I came across the Interest check and it looked empty, then found the OOC and I still see one slot left.

I wanted to ask a question first, though it may not matter if I happened to be just a little too late to join in. Can 'fan-made' warframes be used if they are sufficiently 'not gimmicky pieces of crap or OP macguffins'?
