Tatsumi gave their vixen a small smile as she offered the old man food and water. [b][i][color=gold]Maybe I was wrong about her.[/color][/i][/b] However this small moment of redemption was broken up by strange crow-like monsters descending upon the old man. Tatsumi seemed to jump into battle on instinct, not taking time to think about the potential consequences of getting involved in something that didn't really involve him. That was just the sort of person he was. He moved to fight off the carrion-creatures that attacked the old man, trying to cut a path through for him to run.

He got out safe.

But as soon as he was gone, the crow-monsters seemed to press their attack. Tatsumi continued to fight, but his attention was drawn by Akemi and Sinthe's suddenly and unexpectedly interrupted attack.
