Caelbury sounds more like a gilded cage with all these depressed characters hiding behind a mask. Then again, high school. 

Also, Mizuho, I wanted to float a question by you instead of throwing it right in. Once a week, ROTC units (Junior or not) wear a service or utility uniform (I'm not particularly sure on the regulations, but most wear service uniforms as I'm aware). I was wondering if this was alright, since Caelbury has a dress code itself. 

Tweaked Jacob's CS a little, put it in a hider, added some minor details, and made it a bit easier to read.
