Name: Edohr Budeus Xohm Age: 42 Gender: Male Race: Human Physical Description: Edohr is a thin, spindly man, with a forked beard and narrowed eyes. His fingers are long and delicate, and his build is slight. Though small of stature, he nevertheless possesses an air of both confidence and authority as the head of the Thieves' Guild in Dara. On his belt he carries a single dagger with a closed eye etched on the blade and a single silver lockpick, the twin symbols signifying a master thief. Edohr has unusually high cheek bones and a regal expression on his face, a natural quirk that has served him well when he is in the guise of a Daran nobleman. Skillset: Thievery and Stealth: As the head of the Thieves' Guild, Edohr naturally possesses a light-fingered touch, an intuitive knowledge of locking mechanisms and an uncanny ability to slip into the shadows. The Deceiver: Lies roll off Edohr's tongue like rain splashes off a frog. He is able to pretend to be almost any person, whether it be a nobleman or a laborer, a merchant prince or a sellsword, a brothel owner or a drunkard. The Bureaucrat: Years of handling the ill-gotten gains of the Thieves' Guild and coordinating its many members has taught Edohr much about politics and finance. His many brushes with the law, as well as the front businesses that the Guild operates, have also given him an extensive knowledge of Daran contract and criminal law. Far Ancestry: The Xohm bloodline has come to Aluth only recently, in the past century or so, and to Dara even more recently. Before ever setting foot on Aluthian soil, the far ancestry of Xohm were thieves and bandits in the faraway continent of Belcarid. The first Xohm to develop the habit of thievery was Arganoor Xorm Deus, the terror of the Desert Cicadia. He led a vicious bandit gang that preyed on the desert tribes. His son, Argath Arganoor Deus, styled himself Argath Xohm, and built the gang to a bloodthirsty crew of raiders that soon grew dissatisfied of the meager pickings from the desert nomads and moved instead towards the coast. From there they grew fat on the riches of the sea, plundering, raping and pillaging freely. Thus was the beginning of the Xohm line, passed from first son to first son, and it is said that every Xohm thereafter was born a thief.
