They'll be fine after Caesar dies, Lanius is basically confirmed as taking over and ruling effectively, if more violently. If you kill him it probably falls to like, Vulpes, or someone like that, who won't drive them [i]completely[/i] into the ground. But will still be a little son of a bitch.
