She is wandering around LA at the moment using her powers all willy-nilly, right in the Reformist backyard. I think they could spot her.

How can you convince a noncombatant to combat? Another potential issue but point Honey to the facts. The Underground are causing a lot of mayhem and the Reformists are trying to stop them. Asking Honey for her help in that matter doesn't seem that far out that Honey wouldn't see the reasoning.
