[Minimum]-Power: Drain (if you touch someone you will slowly drain everything they are from the person. Their body (they still have their body he just has it too),their life, there powers, their memories. After a while they will of become a shell and after a little more contact dead. He has no control over this power with concentration however he can choose what he wants to drain first. Other peoples bodies dont fit him so this side effect wears off.
