I think that is a pretty good system, if you ask me. Two years a post makes things easier to keep track off. Though I feel like I may need to post a longer post next time that fast-forwards me the time I've spent interacting with other players instead of forwarding my race, while remaining within reasonable levels of progress and such. 'Cause looking at how many posts others have done while the Ashen have moved nowhere whatsoever is a bit stressful, to be honest.
