They wear a service uniform. Since Jacob is in MCJROTC, he would be wearing Marine Corps service Alphas, most likely. The green uniform with the "piss-cutter" hat. (Garrison cap) (Hi I'm in the army and on a joint - service post and did JROTC.) I can probably provide you with reference photos if you need them.
